    How to upload a pack

Name mix and stem files so acaply can nest the dry parts under the full vocal. Then upload from your portal. If you cannot finish, an acaply admin can upload on your behalf.

    Walkthrough video

Two minutes: pack details, file names, tags, and submit. Same wizard artists and admins use.

    Mix vs stem names

One mix per song. Stems use the same mix name, then _STEM_, then the part. The mix name must match exactly, including capitals.

Same pack: Midnight_Drive.wav, Midnight_Drive_STEM_Lead.wav, Midnight_Drive_STEM_Harmony.wav. Part labels: Lead, Harmony, Adlib, Hook, Verse, Chorus.

Optional: put BPM and key in the mix name (Midnight_Drive 82BPM Fmin.wav) so tags pre-fill. Packs need at least 10 original acapellas that have not been released elsewhere.

    Four upload steps

    1. Step 1

      Pack details

Pick genre tags and an optional description. Pack name is assigned automatically as your next pack. Artwork is generated from your profile photo. No separate artwork upload.

    2. Step 2

      Upload acapellas

Drag WAV or MP3 files (WAV preferred). Wait until every file finishes before continuing. Put each mix and its stems in the same pack.

    3. Step 3

      Acapella tags

Confirm song title, BPM, key, Explicit, and Dry / Wet on every file. Filename tokens such as 82BPM, Fmin, and Lead pre-fill where they match. You can edit them here.

    4. Step 4

      Review and submit

Check the list, then submit. An acaply admin reviews the pack before it goes live. If it is rejected, you can edit and resubmit.
